About back ups
Some backups are not yet restored. As of now, we cannot do anything but wait because it’s our main host’s job to restore them. They already put us on queue. We would like to remind you that the available backups are updates done only until mid-October.
For paid accounts, if this problem doesn’t get solved within the week, we will give you 50% of your total purchase or $5 rebate (whichever is lower).
There will be changes in our Policies and FAQ. Remember that Oh Well Hosting has the right to modify our Policies anytime especially when it is necessary so please take the time to check it.
